OUR NEW CANDLESTICK TAPERS ARE A FORMAL LOOKING TAPER CANDLE THAT DOES NOT "TAPER" AT THE TOP. THIS NOT ONLY LOOKS MORE ELEGANT, BUT WILL BURN 25% LONGER THAN A TRADITIONAL TAPER CANDLE. ALL ARE SMOKELESS AND DRIPLESS*. BURN TIME IS APPROX. 1.25 HOURS PER INCH.

*Note: keep wick at 1/4" to be 'smokeless', to be 'dripless', candle must be level. If it drips, push away from drip until it stops dripping. Candle will then burn cleanly. AVOID ALL DRAFTS. DRAFTS WILL CAUSE DRIPS.

Rustic Matte Finish

Our machines are the same as used in the 1700's!

Our candles are made the "old fashion" way. We pour hot liquid wax into our molding machines versus the "modern" way of pressing powdered wax together to form the candle. The result is a solid colored candle that is much harder and heavier than most candles. You will experience a much longer burn time. As with all of our candles, these are lead free and will burn very cleanly. Our finish is a "rustic matte" finish. Unlike the high gloss of modern candles, ours will have a dull, 'rough' surface just like in 'olden days'. They will have some minor 'pits' and streaks on the surface. The lighter colors do not show this much, but darker colors will contrast the streaking for an interesting 'antique' look. Perfect for the "primitive" or grunge look.

This finish is on all of our pillars, candlesticks, votives. tarts and tealights.
