We have thousands of smaller customers instead of a few huge accounts. This will always be our business philosophy and as such we strive to reach our lowest wholesale price with the lowest minimum quantity. We appreciate larger orders but do not offer any other discounts except as follows:
Watch the volume discounts on the website. The more you buy, the lower the price. Orders over $500 will receive an additional 5% off our already low prices. To receive this discount, enter coupon code w1234 on the order form. Orders over $1500 will receive a 7.5% discount. Use coupon code w3456. Orders over $5000 will receive a 10% discount (enter coupon code W0001). Orders over $10,000 will receive 13% discount - enter coupon code w7890.
Please email questions, do not phone us. We are an operating factory and currently have over 3000 visitors per day between our store and website and may not be able to give you the time you deserve on the phone.
NOTE: we do NOT open ANY emails with attachments of any kind for security reasons. Please remove any artwork or any other attachments to your emails.
CATALOGS: Sorry, we do not offer a printed catalog as our website changes daily.
SAMPLES: If you need to see a candle before buying in bulk, please use the 'single' purchase item for the desired candle. We do not offer free samples.
PRINTED PRICELISTS are not available.
PRICE QUOTES: We do not quote prices by phone or email as this information is clearly posted. There are NO other discounts other than posted in this section.
PAYMENT: Payment must accompany orders. You may order online with a major credit card or print out order and mail to us with payment. Money orders will ship immediately upon receipt. Personal or business checks not certified will be held until check clears, approximately 2-3 weeks, We do not offer billing or open credit accounts.
